This 30 minute home strength workout includes mobility exercises, one 4 minute interval set, a 10 exercise strength circuit x 2 and stretches. There is a lot in it so be ready to get up and at it! There is not much rest but of course you can always pause the video and take your rest if you need it.
It is targeted at all fitness levels so add in more weights, extra reps and sets if you need to or conversely, reduce resistance, reps and sets to suit.
What you need for the workout is:
A mat or rug/carpet/towel
A set of dumbbells or water/milk bottles filled with sand/stones or a resistance band or a pair of tights
2 kitchen chairs side by side/sofa/coffee table/side of bed
