We have something for everyone. Choose from our packages below or contact us to discuss and design the right package for your fitness needs.
For those who just need direction. This involves doing a lifestyle analysis, fitness assessment, programme development and diet analysis over the first 2 sessions with the final session 1 month later to ensure you are keeping to your exercise routine and to make any necessary adjustments to your programme. You can then book on a session-by-session basis as required to refresh your programme or choose from the other packages.
For those who need a kick-start with a little more motivation to keep up your exercise routine. It includes a lifestyle analysis, fitness assessment, programme development and diet analysis with more regular contact with your trainer.
For those with longer-term goals and who may need more than one session per week. It includes a lifestyle analysis, fitness assessment, programme development and diet analysis, all with extra encouragement and support from your trainer.
