If you’re sceptical about the whole PT and gym scene, please don’t be - there’s no box ticking with Sarah. She doesn’t go through the motions like other trainers - she’s actually interested and very engaged with her clients. She appreciates your custom and understands that we have come to her looking for results. No two workouts are the same with her - she keeps it interesting and introduces new exercises to test you and push you further towards your goal. She helps you plan your week ahead, to stay focused and motivated until your next session. This was a Christmas present from my husband - I must say one of the best and most beneficial ever.
