My background is supervisory management, where I worked until 2008 in the medical device industry, this involved motivating and coaching people on a daily basis, identifying people’s strengths and working with people to achieve specific targets and goals.
In 2009 I qualified as a Personal Trainer. Since then, I have helped men and women lose weight and tone-up in preparation for their wedding day, prepared clients for triathlons and running road races, helped women get back into shape after pregnancy and facilitated clients to improve their overall fitness and well-being.
Through my own experience of having an on-going injury, I am in an ideal situation to help people to mentally and physically work through their own injuries to a point where they are exercising better than ever before. I incorporate what I have learnt from my own experience into the workouts and programmes that I devise to help clients get the most from their exercise.
I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and observing the transformation and all the benefits that come with increasing overall health and well being. In terms of my own personal exercise I enjoy cycling, weight resistance training and Satyandra yoga and have recently learnt how to swim properly.
Currently, I am studying for a degree in Business, Enterprise and Community Development.
