At the beginning of 2008 I opened my own studio.  It is dedicated solely to Personal Training so that when you and I are training together it is our private fitness space. 

It is fresh, modern and spacious with a wide range of quality equipment to bring out the best in you during your sessions! There are both male and female changing rooms with shower facilities.  The studio is located off the Ballymoneen Road in Knocknacarra, Galway.
