Outdoor exercise – make a park bench your workout buddy

If you would like to exercise more outdoors, a park bench is a great bit of equipment. Try out these exercises everytime you pass one on your walk or run. Do 10-15 reps of each to start. 

1.       Press-ups

2.       Double or single leg step-ups

3.       Tricep dips

4.       Ab crunches or Full sit-ups

5.       Box jumps
