3 daily tasks to improve your health and fitness

This year, we gave each of our clients a small gift to celebrate the start of the New Year.

The message on this key-ring is simple – we have listed 3 things you can do each day to help you feel better, fitter and healthier. It’s on a key-ring so that you will act as a reminder throughout the day to:

1.      Be active for at least 20 minutes

2.      Eat healthy meals and snacks

3.      Drink more water

If you did these three things daily, you would definitely improve our health & well-being.

But they’re not the only things to do.
