Brooke Phillips

I recently moved to Galway from Minnesota. In Minnesota I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and became an ACE certified Personal Trainer in 2017. Soon after graduating from college, I started working as the Manager for Anytime Fitness, where I taught HIIT classes as well as one-to-one sessions. I became certified as a Real Appeal Health Coach in 2018. 

My approach to health and fitness is about having a healthy lifestyle. To have a healthy lifestyle, You have to take into account almost every aspect of your life and how it affects your motivation, energy, sleep, appetite, etc. Every client has different wants, needs, and goals that they would like to achieve. I make sure to take the time to understand your goals, how you would like to get there, and how to keep you motivated in the process. Change is not always an easy thing to do, so having someone in your corner can sometimes make all the difference. 

I am very active in my free time. I love to cycle, hike, play volleyball, and go scuba diving. Back in Minnesota, one of my favorite summer activities was water skiing. I love to have a good time and always try to keep training fun and exciting by adding a variety of  exercises and activities. The best type of exercise is that one that you will do, so I will do my best to make sure that you enjoy what you are doing.
