In London, I was employed by Roche Pharmaceuticals to give seminars to GPs and Nurses to assist them in giving effective and appropriate active living advice to their patients. I have also appeared on Channel 5 demonstrating various workouts that can be done at home and in the gym covering a range of exercise goals.

I was the Coaching and Development Officer for Irish Squash and managed the U19 Irish Girls team at the World Championships in Egypt.
